„Around 1987 or 1988, when my ensamble, the Group 180, after ten years of its existence was about to fall apart, I had a vision: The curtain goes up in front of the stage and in the chairs, where normally the musicians are sitting, old radios are placed, and after a short while they begin to play a piece of music together, a chamber piece, where each radio plays a different part from the score. I`ve been working with old tube radios by that time for a few years and after this dream it was clear to me that I have to put a full radio-band together.”
